Credit Cards

posPROstore.com accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.


Shipping

If the item arrives damaged, claims must be made with the shipping company by the customer.


Returned Goods Policy

All items must be returned in the original packaging within 10 days of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt to receive full credit and not incur a 30% restocking and handling fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Returned goods shipping charges must be prepaid. Software provided as a download is non-refundable.

Intuit/QuickBooks software are provided by a download link that will be emailed to you direct from Intuit. Please allow 1-2 business days for Intuit to provide you this information.


Warranty

Warranty of products lies with the manufacturer.
